Depending on traffic conditions, your luggage will be transported to your next hotel by 6 p.m.* at the latest. *If your luggage has not arrived after 5 p.m., please let us know on the service hotline, the number can be found at the ticket.

In the event of loss or damage to baggage, we shall only be liable if it can be proven that we caused the loss or damage. However, you must notify us immediately. Complaints after the event cannot be taken into account and retraced. We are liable for damages up to a maximum of € 200.00. Each individual piece of luggage must be labelled with an OWN luggage tag! Exact details can be found in the pdf Luggage Transfer.

Drop off your luggage at the hotel reception or at the designated drop-off point by 09:00 o clock. If the luggage is not there after 09:00, transport cannot be guaranteed. In this case, any additional costs (e.g.: subsequent delivery by taxi) have to be paid by the guest.

If a reception desk is NOT continuously occupied from 09:00 to 18:00, please inform us in advance so that we can clarify with the owner where we can deposit your luggage.

There is a limit of 20 kg weight each piece of luggage.
